Preloaded Titles Update! All 42 titles revealed!!

SEGA Games Co., Ltd. announces the final 10 titles and 2 new title as 4th updated edition of the preloaded titles list, which will be included in [Mega Drive Mini ASIA](※1) and [SEGA Genesis Mini] coming to Asian regions (※2) on 2019.09.19.
※1: Titles included will be different per regions.
※2: Not available in all countries.
After 20years, new games “Darius” ”Tetris®” will be included!
After the release of ” Mado Monogatari I” in 1996, Mega Drive hasn’t released new title for 20 years.
This time, regarding to the release of “Mega Drive Mini”, as the latest item, we included 2 newly developed titles.
One will be the popular arcade title from Taito “Darius”. Appeared on arcade in 1986, comes alive in Mega Drive by the highly-dimensioned transplantation. Be overwhelmed for newly added sources from the arcade version, with 26 bosses and more.
The other title which everyone knows, the most popular action puzzle “Tetris”. The one of the legendary titles released from SEGA to the game centers in 1988, the same year Mega Drive was released. Celebrating Tetris 35th anniversary in 2019, also being the kick starter of this boom in Japan, this first arcade version will come back with the newest technologies.

What is the “Mega Drive Mini”, ”SEGA Genesis Mini”?
These are new game machines which re-size SEGA’s 5th console from 1988, “Mega Drive” and its USA version, “Genesis”, into a palm sized footprint. 42 titles are planned to be included in the miniature consoles, which are 15.4 cm wide, 3.9 cm tall and 11.6 cm thick.
Players can enjoy a variety of their favorite titles of the era, including action, shooting, puzzle, RPG and simulation titles which you can regard as “Mega Drive (Genesis) History”.
